No, you don’t have to be LGBTQ+ or BIPOC identified to work with me. I accept people from all backgrounds who are willing and open to the process.

Do you bill out of pocket?

I currently do not bill to insurance companies. I may provide a superbill if requested which may be remitted to insurance. Client is responsible for due diligence. A superbill is not a guarantee of coverage with insurance.

If i’m not in Oregon can you see me?

Good Faith Estimate

As of Jan 1 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under this law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and keep it on file for the future. If service rates change a new Good Faith Estimate will be provided.
